A workshop embedding authentic collaboration and co-creation into your practice.

A workshop embedding authentic collaboration and co-creation into your practice.

Join us for a lively, hands-on day of exploring how to bring real co-creation into the heart of your theatre practice.

Whether you’re working with kids, communities, or curious collaborators, this session will dive into the joys (and occasional chaos!) of making work with people, not just for them.

Through practical exercises, creative experiments, and shared stories, you’ll explore ways to build trust, share authorship and create space for genuine collaboration.

We’ll unpack what authentic co-creation really means, beyond buzzwords, and give you tools you can take straight into your rehearsal room.

Expect a mix of doing, thinking, and laughing, as we navigate power dynamics, creative ownership, building trust and the magic that happens when everyone has a voice in the room.

You’ll leave feeling inspired, equipped and connected to a community of fellow co-creators, and with a jam-packed toolkit of practical tips, fresh ideas and a real sense of what co-creation actually looks like.

This day is for artists who love getting stuck into participatory work or who are curious about making their practice more inclusive, bold and genuinely collaborative.

Capacity is limited, so advance booking is essential.

We warmly welcome bookings from people of all backgrounds, including those from the Global Majority, D/deaf and disabled people, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those from working-class or other underrepresented communities.
